Does anyone know if the Bio-Seal is suitable for use with silicone neck seal?

Bio seal work well with any type of neck seal.

They ruin latex seals pretty quickly, though.
Never had an issue.

I only use one with a neoprene neck seal. I've seen them eat latex seals on friends' suits. In any case, Apollo's own literature says they can degrade latex:

Yes, there are lots of reports of then prematurely killing seals. I read if you rinse latex seals after using the bios this slows the aging down somewhat. They were originally designed for use with neoprene seals. They are very popular here in Japan where the majority of drysuits are neoprene. Good luck.

I have some leakage in my silicone seal, either it was cut too low or I overstretched, so I thought the Bio-Seal may help.

Why not rather replace the seal and be done? The leak is most likely going to get worse over time.
