Bio seal work well with any type of neck seal.

They ruin latex seals pretty quickly, though.

Yes, there are lots of reports of then prematurely killing seals. I read if you rinse latex seals after using the bios this slows the aging down somewhat. They were originally designed for use with neoprene seals. They are very popular here in Japan where the majority of drysuits are neoprene. Good luck.

Yes you can, but why???
 
Why not rather replace the seal and be done? The leak is most likely going to get worse over time.
