Has anyone used one of these? I get pretty bad dry mouth when I dive and wondered if this would help.

this isn't a useful answer as far as directly replying to your question, but after I bought it, and after having experienced my compass (on the console) breaking due to how I dove at that time (small boat, remove bc in water, hand up to someone) I decided not to use it since it definitely puts a increased leverage arm onto the screw-in fitting into the 1st stage, and accidental damage from general handling is increased. Probably would be ok from a big boat, but other reason I don't use is that it increases entanglement hazard.

Instead, I have discovered that my comfo-bite mouthpiece does marginally increase saliva retention that helps keep my mouth from drying out.
