Yipes! Glad this thread was started. I had not seen the one on TDS, and had toyed with putting Miflex hoses on my doubles regs when the hoses needed to be replaced. Not now!

That's pretty darn scary. I'll take a much closer look at my Miflex hoses this weekend. I just serviced my singles rig, and didn't find any white chunks or other debris in the 2nd stages. But I'll keep a close eye on the TDS thread.
