It is related to the threads on the yoke screw. What I heard was that on some yoke screws the threads were cut twice.

Does anyone know exactly what the problem is and the proposed fix? It appears that my LDS has not gotten info from Aqualung on the problem. Just got a new Tungsten XTX reg that falls into this serial number range but we don't yet know what we're supposed to be looking for.

I apologize for my last post. I thought Scottri was kidding about the most recently shipped regs where affected.

No worries, some of the Yoke Regs don't either!
