where did you buy the Regulator from? I will do my best to assist you in getting this regulator looked at.

My Flight regulator was maintained in Bonaire last time and some parts of the second stage were replaced with the repair kit. Now it works perfectly again. I suggest to bring it to Scuba House in Santiago (scubahouse.cl) and ask for service. They might know how to fix it as they have the most experienced regulator technician in Chile.
