I am getting my AOW in Charleston but want to do my referal dives in Panama City. Are there any suggestions on a shop with better instructors. I need it to be a PADI shop and the only one that I have called was Dixie Divers. They quoted me a price of $160 for my dives. They said that they would do my peak performance boyancy and my underwater navigation at the jetties. And would do my other dives on a charter. I have never been to panama city beach before is that a good thing or should I try another shop. Thanks for your help.
