Thoughts? Reliable?

So far the initial enquiry stage has been good, although I'm still waiting for a response on my latest email (6days and counting).

I'm looking at the 'island hopping' option that combines diving and land activities.
Unfortunately there's not much information as to whether this selection will allow me to see all the fascinating land animals.

We booked on their site a cruise with Ecoventura, last April.
Everything worked fine in the end but it took some time to get answers and when I didn't get them I called by phone.

They don't sell many dive trips but do sell lots of naturalist cruises. In regards to diving, they have lots and lots of agents who don't necessarily know the islands nor know anything about diving. Itineraries, fees, etc aren't always up to date. In Ecuador, the custom is not to respond until they know the answer. And they don't let you know they are looking for answers...they just don't respond. So it can take a long time. Most would also be equally slow in the event of an issue, ie suddenly you need to change your flight from San Cristobal to Baltra because your live aboard has to return there instead...which can happen if they need a part flown in, maintanence, etc.
