Heard there have been alot of changes there, planning on doing a trip back in Oct, any insight on the seaview?? Thanks
Been a few changes in the dive op. It was Bob Soto's and then Dan & Tara (of Divetech fame) took over for a while. Now it's run by Treasure Island Divers.

I've never been in one of the rooms at the hotel, but reports are that it is clean and comfortable though furnishings are a bit dated. Basic accomodations at a reasonable price.

The restaurant there, The Naked Fish, is one of my favorites in the moderate price range. It's a great lunch stop and just far enough from Georgetown to be out of the maddening crowd.

Shore diving is right on site and you can arrange for them to set tanks out for you for after hours diving. Occasionally you might run across the Atlantis submarine along the reef in the area around the Seaview and Sunset House just to the south.

For boat diving, they pick up by van and drive you to meet their boat. Follow the link from gillyweed_girl in a prior posts for details.

Very basic accomodations and very reasonably priced for the Caymans. :dazzler1:

The Naked Fish has very tasty food! :dazzler1:

Another vote for the Naked Fish. I'm the non-diver in the family and its my favorite stop for my "lady at lunch" day.
