Anyone Missing a Split fin?

Hi guys!

If anyone knows someone who lost a black Aqualung split fin off McAbee Beach in Monterey, drop me a PM. Found one in about 30' (my first treasure!), and it didn't look like it had been there long. Tangled in the kelp near the bottom, but exceptionally clean.

Why does it seem that split fins are getting lost all the time? Do the most people dive with split fins, and it is just the law of averages. Sorry to hear about your regulator, hope it is found, I'm sure you would gladly trade a split fin for your regulator.

I think it is a little known fact that people who use split fins are more easy going and have a good sense of humor. The seals know this and mess with us.

Hmm, maybe I should attach the split fin to myself to attract more seals. They seem to be afraid of the camera.

And oh yeah, I'd trade that fin for my reg in a second... in fact, I'd trade my Volos for my reg in a second.

Time to call DEPP again. They're going to be mad at me! I flooded my camera in April after getting insurance in, I think, March.

did you make a police report, i BELIEVE that you must report it stolen, as that seems to be the case, but anyway you as i said i believe you must have a report no. to make the claim, that is such a shame and many of us are sorry for your loss , as i know that was a gift from your father!!! so sorry ishie!!! oh ya congrads on your TREASURE,SUPER LOL BAHHHH HAAA HAAAA on that treasure!!!!!! one fin, that ought to be fun to use, maybe one volo and one split fin lol
