The auction closed with the highest bid 536.76 but the reserve was not met. It would be a good deal even for say as much as 800.00 but I wouls not go high than that for used stuff.
Thanks for the heads up. I just need a strobe and I wll be happy.
 
I'm still learning how to use my Inon 2000, which I picked up for around 370 on e-bay. I still need to pick up a few add-ons, but I could not be happier with the strobe itself. Highly recommended. Good luck finding something that you like. I'll do my best to post any potentials for you.
 
Thanks. Just ran across an Oly strobe on ebay. I know they are not the best strobes, But if I get it at a reduced rate at least to learn on it will be worth it.
 
I'd say that (so far at least) the biggest learning curve related to diving is the use of underwater strobes. I'm sure if we were diving in waters with 100+ft viz it would be different.
