Anyone Know which Nudi laid these bell shaped eggs?

Hi, I saw these in Bali in 2018 and sent them to a marine biologist and all he could offer was that the Nudi on the eggs was eating them and not laying them.

The nudi looks like a Favorinus sp. and generally feeds on other nudi eggs.

Never seen these egg patterns though.

Thanks for the reply. I sent it to a marine biologist who had a page in a dive magazine and he said the same thing. Amazing egg shape, I took this Sept 2018 and have been to Tulamben 4 times since and none of the LDR dive guides had seen it either.

Thanks, it would be very interesting to know what laid them as they are so unusual.
