Anyone here spearfish in the long island sound located in and near nyc?

If so, what can I expect to catch at 60ft and above?

Can I find muscles, crabs lobsters or scallops in the sound? And if so at what depth?

Lots of guys spear in this area. Visibility will probably be better on the south shore. Adhere to all local regulations. Tautog is gonna be the fish to target. 0-40’ in depth
