Jeff, have you tried Zeagle Express? Gene Heidenreich, "Capt. Gene" on ScubaBoard, may have them. He posted this today in the Zeagle Back Orders thread:

Sorry Gene, I didn't mean to cut you out. Dave sent me a PM which showed up in my email, so I didn't see Downing's post.
Do you have them with the zipper weights and the 24# bladder in stock. I'd be happy to buy two from each of you to keep my friends at ScubaBoard all peachy!
I'd be even happier if some of you would come down here and open a Zeagle dealership on Curacao so I didn't have to buy on the internet and wait for my sisters suitcase to be heading my way!
