H2Andy..

I have photoshop but have been unsuccessful in "tuning" the water pics... Any advice?

well... the easiest thing to do (and what i do 90% of the time) is go to
autofix or whatever it's called...

then do auto contrast, auto balance, auto color... it works great

H2Andy.. Thanks, will give it a shot..

hey, being at home now, the menu is:

Enhance ---> Quickfix

then do Color Correction (auto color)

then Brightness (auto levels first, auto contrast second)

Andy .. Thanks for the help.. I have different menu options than what you stated (version 7)..

I tried the "auto" options.. Here is the result.

Thanks again!

There's also a macro you can get for Photoshop called "the Mandrake Method" It adds red back in and fixes the colors. Do a searchon SB for mandrake and it should come up.

2Tours N Iraq`:
I am starting this thread in an effort to get pictures of the Speigel Grove to share with a Marine Colonel that I work for. When he was a younger officer, he served aboard the Speigel Grove for 6 months and has several pictures of her when she was still afloat. Now he is looking for pictures of her lying on the bottom. If anyone has good pictures of her and wouldn't mind sharing them, I would greatly appreciate it, as I'm sure may other divers and Navy & Marine Corps personnel who served aboard her would as well. My sincere thanks in advance for all the posted pictures.

I have dove the Spiegel about 25 times and it is a great dive.

Thanks for your service to the country and fighting for freedom.
