Sorry I didn't reply. Found a buddy. Conditions turned out not to be too bad. At the breakwater, the surface was really choppy and there was this 5ft layer of "brown", but below that there was absolutely no surge and viz opened up from 15 to 20ft. The metridium side viz was also a good 20ft I think. Did a night dive as well and conditions were perfect.
