Nope, I still think it is Adama... Didn't he have a "vision" back in one of the earlier episodes?

Does anyone remember that Kara had a brother that died? Wasn't he an artist or something? I'm also betting the resurrection machine around Earth is still working, and that's why Kara came back to life after crashing.

Bingo! And the resurrection machine recycles cylons not humans.

Kara knows this! Did you notice how quickly she passed Anders off to surgery when he got too close to this topic?

You must have missed last week. We have the missing 5th of the five, Ellen - Col Ts wife. From that show we now have another missing model #7, Daniel.

Damn...I didn't know there was a thread on Battlestar here.

Great theories on the #7. The obvious choice is Starbuck, but I don't think they would make it that obvious. There was always talk of her having a destiny, and wasnt there something about her leading them to their destruction also?

Starbuck was the "Harbinger of destruction" IIRC. Since Harbinger means "One who makes known" I think you could say she already "made known" the destruction on Earth simply by leading everyone there.

Also, the resurrection thingy around Earth was made to resurrect Saul, Ellen, Anders, Galen, and Tori. They are/were human at the time. They haven't really explained how resurrection works, or what you have to do to get resurrected, but I think this could explain how Kara got back. I'm not exactly sure how to explain her Viper being Resurrected as well, but who knows, maybe it can bring back ships too. We know it can bring back Cylon Raiders. It's not too much of a stretch extending that to Vipers.

The Resurrection Theory could also explain why Baltar has a #6 in his head, and vice versa. When the attack came on Caprica, #6 just sort of hugs Balter, and he was supposed to survive a nuclear holocaust, when she dies? That always sounded odd to me. Maybe they resurrected instead, and their consciousness got mixed up in the download.

I guess it's all how they want to spin it, but I could see it happening this way.

I am just looking forward to the look on Col T's face tonight when he sees Ellen and the ensuing explanation of his behavior with his "daughter" the Pegasus #6.

Too bad he does not know about Ellen and John on New Caprica, a mother/"Son" team up!

Oh, it's a wicked web we weave!

I disagree.

The podcast by Moore commentary states that once everybody was revealed they discovered that they had a problem with the numbers (ie #8 Sharon Valeri/Athena).

To make it work they came up with #7 who's never to be seen again...
