Anyone else having issues with originally planned trips with Vortex (Pacificfleet) ?

After the May incident with the Vortex Liveaboard, we have been trying to get answers from the agency.
Has anyone received pro-active feedback or refunds of the trips which could not take place, since they have no boat currently?
