Anyone else getting a prompt for a "passcode" during dive log import?

Just got a new Petrel and had no trouble updating the firmware, but when I try to import my dive log it will not pair with my Mac computer. My computer prompts me asking for a passcode. I have tried the Petrel's serial number but it does not seem to work. Anyone else having this issue?
