Reached My 2nd Goal!
I've done the last three and have had a lot of fun. Let's hope the weather is nice. Two years ago it was a cold rainy weekend, and I don't think to many people spent much time cleaning the river.
Trashfest is set up as a competition consisting of several different categories. The prize for winning is a tshirt. there is also some great door prizes given away during the dinner/awards banquet. In the past there has been live aboard trips, airfare, and land based trips given away. The cleanup consist of teams of up 8 people of which only six are in the water at one time with the other two being ground crew. You can switch out at any time. Don't worry if you come solo as you will be able join other teams that are short of eight people.
Maybe you ought to put together a TSDT team for trashfest.
