hooray for you! i'm down 34. i've been taking a 'plan vacation' for a couple of months, though, so i'll hit it again hard in a bit & hopefully drop another 30 or so. the good part is that i'm definitely not re-gaining, so some of the portion info seems to be sticking this time.
because i will *definitely* eat more than i need to or even want to. sigh.

I lost 61 on points three years ago. Maintained perfectly since then. Went from 241 to 180. Cholesterol went from 245 to 121! Yeah.
