Anyone interested in diving Sunday AM? I have to be back by mid-afternoon, but I'd really like to get in a dive or two on Sunday morning. I'd like to do a spring or something like that, but Gulf would be okay too (need a boat) if it was a short trip.

I'm in the North Tampa area. PM or post if interested or have an idea.

Thanks,

John

John:

Can not on Sunday but Sat my wife and I are heading to Bradenton for some shore diving. You are welcome to tag along. Will be across from Seatreck doing the Sugar Barge around 10.

Nick,

I really appreciate the offer, but my daughter has a soccer game Saturday mid-day, so Saturday is out.

Thanks,

John

im looking 2 get wet sunday as well, since my plans for today crashed. There is hudson grotto(not a lot 2 see),Blue grotto, paradise Springs(cavern),Devil's Den,or hospital hole(need 2 rent a conoe). How far are you willing 2 drive? most are near williston.

Let us know how today went.

It was a great couple of dives. Amanda and I went to Paradise Springs. It was my first time there and had a blast! There were only two other divers other than us. I really liked the semi-overhead environment and got to get some good depth (94' & 91') in really clear water.

Saw some of the fossilized sand dollars in the ceiling, and managed to swim around w/o generating much silt on the first dive (the second team entered right after us and they couldn't tell we had been to the bottom). On the second dive, we played w/ cameras and I stirred up some silt, but not a huge amount. We'll see how the photos come out w/ our high dollar cameras :)

Thanks to Manda for being a great guide and to Mike for putting up w/ us!
