It's a Yellowline Arrow Crab, which is in the spider crab family. They are everwhere in the Caribbean.
 
Arrow Crab. You will find a description in Reef Creature ID by Humann and Deloach and others.
 
My son loves those guys. Last time we dove he got to play with a couple, one of which was about softball size.

This is a small one. Of course I screwed up the video of the larger.
