I might go next Spring with the family and wanted to know if anybody has dove with them. I assume they would leave from their pier but I might be wrong on that. Also, what times do they go out? Do they go to the best sites? Thanks.

Ummmm.....you might want to specify an island.

Beach Negril dive boat leaves from the beach. If staying at Beaches Sandy Bay (Negril) you will need to take their shuttle to Beaches Negril for diving. The boats look very nice. Some days appear full and some days look empty, but I never dived with them so that's the best I can tell you.

I would appreciate any reports on diving with Beaches Turks & Caicos.

We are looking to take the family in June, 2010, and get my 14 year old son certified at that time. I hear the marine life is very good but am wondering about the dive staff and training.

don't know about beaches but if that does not work out Caicos adventures in T&C is a first class operation with excellent instructors, and very very safety oriented with unlimited bottom times and they pick up and drop off at your resort

I have been to beaches T & C twice and had an excellent time. The staff are well trained and a pleasure to work with. We did wall dives and wreck dives and it was amazing.

What wrecks did they go to? I did'nt know there were any.

I was there Oct 09 and am going back Aug 2010.
I agree with you on the staff. They were all excellent, helpfull and very friendly. Diving is great, with the walls being the main attraction. Critters large and small everywhere, including sharks (nurse and reef), turtles, and rays and all the other usual suspects.

I stand corrected. I have not been there since 2004, so I went back to my log book and it was only reef/wall dives. We did see nurse and reef sharks, plus whales which was incredible.
