I just bought a back inflation weight integrated BC... It feels fabulous. I tried the girl version of it but it just didnt fir my square shoulders well. I am wearing the guy version now. It is great... No pain, no bruises, no weightbelt. I bought the ScubaPro Knighthawk. It feels pretty darn great.
