Any swimming pool allow you to use fins?

Hi everyone, want to know is there any swimming pool allow you to use fins in Metro Manila area?

I am a newbie in scuba and want to practice my kicking underwater. Any suggestion?

i think most will allow it since fins and paddles are part of the training gear for kids training for competitive swimming. saw it being used in celebrity sports plaza. saw some guys doing their pool sessions for OW cert there too.

Ultra just off Shaw and the Marikina sports complex both allow fins as I used to train in both places. Unless they changes the rules in the last 4 years.

Try Aquamundo as they have 2 pools in Robelle Mansions, their hotel and one pool is their Scuba Training Pool so I am sure they will accomodate you there!
