I'm looking to do a 3 or 4 day liveaboard in the carribean. The type of boat does not matter much to me, just the number of days and the amount of bottom time.

Any suggestions about where to go and where to stay away from?

Thanks
Peter

Blackbeards periodically has 3-4 day (long weekend) live aboard trips. They are the best priced I've found. I worked for them back in '97. I would never work for them again but I would love to go as a passenger. I'm booking a trip with them for late 2004. Can't wait. SCUBA, Deep Sea Fishing, Partying, Eating fresh catches, etc. etc.

You haven't listed where youre from, but I will tell you Australia has alot of 3 & 4 day liveaboards.

Caymaniac :)

Does any of the Nekton fleet do 3-4 day trips?

As much as I like BlackBeards, I will throw another name out just for comparisons sake.

SeaFeaver ( www.seafever.com ) does quickies also. A little nicer, a little more expensive, and nitrox.

BoomerTC might be from the left coast, it's quite a ways to the Carribean from CA., a few more hours might get you some great diving and some 3-4 day liveaboards. On the otherhand, if he's from Florida, Blackbeards might be the right choice.

I'm from Massachusetts.

I'm just looking for a liveaboard for a long weekend . The Week longs are REALLY expensive and I'm not sure that after 3 or 4 days of continous diving I will want to do any more.

Blackbeards looks good, I'm going to check out Seafever as well.

Thanks
Peter
