Any interest in diving Ft. Pickens this weekend (June 13th or 14th??)

I was thinking about getting in a dive(s) this weekend (June 13-14) at Ft. Pickens.

High Tide for Sat: 12:16 PM

High Tide for Sun: 11:54 AM

I was just seeing if there is any interest and if so we could move the thread to the Trips and Marketplace where it belongs.

I've got a boat dive on Sat, and family obligation on Sun, or I'd be in.

i might be able to make it sunday, i wanna get in the water, just dont know if i will be able to make it in time of beating high tide. if all else fails ill prolly go to pcola beach and dive the old pier. was a lot uncovered last weekend and rather nice of a dive until currents picked up bad mid afternoon.

Glad I ran into this discussion. My wife and I are in Ft. Walton beach and have never dove Ft. Pickens. We are going there this Saturday and I was not sure I had the correct tide. I guess I did because the one maked the entrance that I thought was the right one, says the high tide is at 12:16 and another for Pensacola shows 1:39. I was glad to have my tide time verified. Thanks much and see some of you out there.

I got no replies so I decided to go out with an instructor I know doing his open water check out dives. I will be splashing around 8:00-8:30.
