Always nice to see an original six match-up. The B's usually break out the vintage sweaters when they play an original six team. Do the Blackhawks dust off the vintage sweaters for original six teams?

I hope you enjoy watching the Bruins win. I really hope that is true. They still need a lot of points to get a sniff at post season play.

No i did not enjoy watching the Boston Burins win last night against the Blackhawks 5 to 3. But we almost got you guy s in the 3 rd period by scoring 3 good goals and almost a 4th. It was close till a empty netter with 15 or so seconds left. Plus we out shot you guy s 40 to 30 on shot s on goal.Maybe next time will wim against the BB.
The Burins had there regular uniforms on last night not the vintage ones and The Hawks wore there White road uniforms instead of there home Red ones.

Well, you're definitely in the right place. The words "Habs" and "diving" have been used in the same sentence for many years now in the hockey world. :D

GO BRUINS!

LOL...the only diver that was on the Habs was sent packing before the season, and he's now a resident of.......Texas.
The only other "dive" I can think of was a near decapitation by Kyle McLaren in the playoffs a couple of years ago.
Cheers! (I'm off to the game)

That game had me scared. I think the turn around was Sharp's thumping on Alberts in the start of the third. The Boston announcers gave Albert's the decision, but I think they were being homers. Sharp's fight really seemed to light a fire under the Blackawk's butts, and got them going. Who says fighting has no place in hockey?

I was impressed by Bondra coming back after getting stapled by Stuart. I always thought Bondra was a soft player, but I may have to rethink that.

Both the B's and Blackhawks are sniffing around for playoff spots. It looks good for both teams. Good luck to your Blackhawks now that the B's have faced them.

By the way, the USA junior team beat Sweden today to advance to the playoffs! USA plays Finland on Tuesday for the rights to play Canada on Wednesday. That's a tough road to get to the medal games, but the USA kids looked damn good against Slovakia.

Yeah, the air around here in Dallas had a peculiar odor the day Ribeiro stepped off the plane.

As far as McLaren goes, he was a whiney snake. I'm glad the B's sent him to their Western dumping ground, also known as San Jose.

Cowjazz your right about the fight between Sharp and Albert it was right in front of us and a good fight at that. Yep you got to have fights in Hockey it s part of the game.If you notice the ref s let them fight it out while standing but once they hit the ice it s over. Fight s in Baseball, Basketball and of course Football just dont look right. Hockey fight s now those are fight s.
