Any Good dive shops in Eleuthera/Governors Harbor?

There is a place in Governor's Harbour called Clearwater Dive Shop that does rent scuba tanks, but I'd stay away from them if you value your life -- the aluminum tanks they're renting are from the early 1980's, have plenty of dings and deep scratches, and have not been visually inspected in years! The owners seem to know nothing about their tanks or their history.

I like Cape Eleuthera Divers, its almost all the way to the south end of the Island, but I think the diving is much better than in Harbour Island.
