Any feedback about SEASOFT

Well, let me reply to that question, since I am the president of the company. Hi my name is Bruce Justinen, I still dive and I founded SEASOFT SCUBA in 1985 when I was 29 years old. It is now almost 29 years later and i am in my late 50s. I have learned a lot in those many years. Before I started SEASOFT i worked for two Fortune 500 companies, they taught me to look after the customer.

I have always tried to take care of every customer and I have tried to make every product like I was making that product for me to dive with.

Have we made mistakes? Of course, but we have NEVER purposely hidden a mistake or cut a corner to save money. That is probably the only reason why we are still around. There have been 3 recessions since I started SEASOFT and each one has been tougher than the one before but we have concentrated on making great products and trying to be better than the big companies. If we only tried to be as good as them we would already be gone!

So do we make every customer happy? We certainly try and I believe that you will find a lot of satisfied SEASOFT customers out there. If you are not, contact me and I will do my best to make you happy. I know that sometimes we just can't make everybody happy but we can certainly try.

I dive a Seasoft TX 3 neoprene drysuit that I purchased used. I dove it for one winter than sent it to Bruce and co. to have new boots fitted and I had them shorten the legs a bit. It's even better now. Everything was done to perfection and while they were at it I had them give the suit a complete once over. Cost was more than reasonable and the service was great. After watching my buddies in their shell suits with 400 gram undergarments and latex seals, I would more than likely always stick with neoprene drysuits and neo seals. The warmth in my suit with 100 gram garments is amazing. I have been under 70 minutes in 34*F water without issue or getting cold. However in all fairness my face and hands were starting to get cool. Another plus in the Seasoft suit is the flexibility you have along with the range of motion. This suit is still going strong and from what I see will continue for years to come. Are the soft weights supposed to leach grey water? We have 52lbs of 2,3 and 5's.
