Well, let me reply to that question, since I am the president of the company. Hi my name is Bruce Justinen, I still dive and I founded SEASOFT SCUBA in 1985 when I was 29 years old. It is now almost 29 years later and i am in my late 50s. I have learned a lot in those many years. Before I started SEASOFT i worked for two Fortune 500 companies, they taught me to look after the customer.
I have always tried to take care of every customer and I have tried to make every product like I was making that product for me to dive with.
Have we made mistakes? Of course, but we have NEVER purposely hidden a mistake or cut a corner to save money. That is probably the only reason why we are still around. There have been 3 recessions since I started SEASOFT and each one has been tougher than the one before but we have concentrated on making great products and trying to be better than the big companies. If we only tried to be as good as them we would already be gone!
So do we make every customer happy? We certainly try and I believe that you will find a lot of satisfied SEASOFT customers out there. If you are not, contact me and I will do my best to make you happy. I know that sometimes we just can't make everybody happy but we can certainly try.
