I cant find a dive charter in the Tampa area that is going out this Sunday? Anyone have any ideas?

That's a good idea. I'm diving Peacock Saturday but maybe Mary Ann and I will come Sunday.

There aren't any going out of Daytona either, reports say viz is bad (2-5 ft). I'm thinking about heading to West Palm.
