Just wondering if any members have any photos posted taken with a 400D?
I got one with a Sigma 10-20mm coming but can't afford to house it yet.

not the best shots ( 1st time out with the 400D;)), but just had a short trip during the holidays to test out the 400D (ugradeded from a 350D).

Some macro shots w/ a Canon 100mm f/2.8mm USM macro lens

Forgot to mention, I'm using the 400D in a Sea & Sea 350D housing which I modified the buttons to work with the 400D. Note that Sea & Sea has just announced a new 400D housing. Ikelite would be a cheaper alternative.

I take it you were using one or more external strobes, possibly with the hotshoe? I just picked up a 400D (okay, Rebel XTi stateside) for doing surface shots. Very Kewl for doing artwork shots. I'll have to seriously consider getting an underwater housing and something other than the kit lens, although I'm hooked on underwater video for the time being. Is there a 1-800 number for underwater-video-addicts-anonymous? I guess it doesn't matter, I have good buoyancy so I haven't hit rock bottom yet.

Yes, I have 2 Inon Z-240 strobes connected to the 400D with a Sea & Sea TTL Converter.

Fantasea Line will have out their new housing very soon, about a month, the last I heard. MSRP of ~$1099, including the standard port which works with the kit lens and the 60mm macro. This is a prototype, I think the port may be different and there will probably be rubber grips, etc.

There's a lot of interest in this housing, I will take pre-orders as soon as it is in the catalog and pricing finalized, hopefully in a couple of weeks.

Thanks guys and thanks pakman. I can see your gonna get some great shots if your
first attempts are anything to go by. I also intend to use Inon strobes. One of mine is a slave. That should work ? The last SLR I worked with was a CanonF1 and for macro
you can't beat a SLR.
