It appears that Mom has been doing some digging out at her place and has come across some rather old recordings. The records seem to date from the early 1900's and judging from the English/Scottish themes, I assume they belonged to my grandfather. The labels are Victor and Victrola. One of them even features HRH the Prince of Wales (not Charles, I mean Edward VIII.)
Does anyone know of any internet sites devoted to old recordings, or any experts we could ask to determine their value/importance? It's not so much for sale purposes, but if any of them have any historical signficance, we'd like to know and maybe find them better homes. I have done some searching and have found out a bit more about the artists in question, but nothing on the recordings themselves.
