Just curious..

I have a great fear of flying. The only way I can fly is on anti-anxiety meds.

Some of the best places in the world to dive are reachable by plane.

So does anyone know how they will affect you on the dive?

Much will depend on the half life of the drug really. Most of the anxiolytics are pretty short acting, so assuming you don't walk off the plane and right into the water shouldn't be much effect.

I would be careful in terms of staying well hydrated. Many CNS drugs can cause dehydration (note dry mouth as major side effect of many CNS drugs) so drink plenty of water on the flight; which is a good idea anyway.

The Rx Ativan//Lorazepam is a widely dispensed medication for the relief of anxiety.....it has a short half life and if cleared thru your doctor should be fairly safe.
