Another Submerged Bridge Near Long Sault?

A few miles downstream from the Hoople Creek Bridge, which is by Hoople Island and Dickinson island, there was another bridge along the old highway. The highway is partially submerged, and the circle in this diagram shows where this other bridge was.

Does anyone know if that bridge is still there, underwater?

The yellow line shows roughly where the old highway still runs underwater.. in places you can still see the submerged highway in the satellite photos.

I would assume so, since further down the entire lock system that was submerged is still present...

Was this the swing bridge?

I have dove the swing bridge site and the bridge is not there. There is a large concrete pylon with the remnants of of the turn circle in the center. The approach embankments, roads and roadside fence posts were still there. IIRC there was some interesting debris including a small horse drawn cart.

Its a high current dive with poor visibility.

I believe the swing bridge was a larger bridge further downstream near the powerhouse. This is a regular fixed (non-swing) bridge over a small river or creek much like the hoople creek bridge. I'm asking because it shows up in aerial photos from 1950 and looks a bit bigger than the Hoople creek bridge. I'm afraid to go check it out without a scooter though, because of the proximity to the spillway dam:

Does anyone have information about diving from the water plant on Moulinette Island, on the Long Sault parkway. Has anyone dove from there before, or know if it's possible and/or public access?

I want to check out the site where that bridge used to be located, and see if it's still there, as shown in the attached map overlay:

Thanks.. I think Robert Wood's site talks about the Hoople Creek Bridge, which is a few islands upstream from this site. However, I checked out this second 'bridge' on Saturday and it turned out to just be just a causeway... there is no steel structure to it, it is just a few culverts under what is now a submerged highway.. not much to see there.
