Another ScubaToys endorsement! Super-human shipping!

Hello all,

I ordered from ScubaToys for the first time yesterday! (picked up a dive computer and a knife for my wife's birthday present) They responded to me emails immediately and were able to ship the items to Canada for $25 (including brokerage fees!) All that I had to pay was our local GST.

Now....here is the crazy part!!!! I ordered the items YESTERDAY and 1 P.M and the items were AT MY DOOR by 11:00 AM TODAY!!! Dallas, Texas......to Calgary Alberta, CANADA....22 hrs from placing order to delivery.

Quite simply incredible!

I wholeheartedly agree. I ordered zeagle weight pockets from them and was VERY happy with the speed of the delivery, the customer service I received and the price that I paid. I'll gladly buy from them again in the future.

While I'm sure that ScubaToys worked quite diligently to get your order out the door in a timely fashion...sounds to me like FedEx/UPS/whomever you had it shipped with did most of the work.

No Way! We send Joe driving up to Canada to make sure it gets there... He delivers each package himself.

It's true, about all we had to do was make sure it gets into UPS hands, and UPS worked up special international rates for us where expediated overnight is not only much faster - but we negotiated a price cheaper than ground service!
