Yes, the local shop will set something up. It's just a matter of where we want to do it. Local waters here range from murky to clear from day to day. We were thinking of someplace in FL called Crystal Lake or Crystal Spring. Supposed to be a nice, clear spring. And I wouldn't think of trying this with someone other than my instuctor.

Good, Have him take you to whatever place he and you think you will do most of your post-certification diving at. Maybe two different places (as you are required to dive on two different days) That way you will be introduced to the site and be more comfortable going back there on yur own. So pick the site based on where you'd like to do your next half dozen dives.

You can have fun anyplace. We were out diving last night in about two feet of visabillity and I found a kind of shirmp I'd not seen before
