Another new Chi-town member needing a buddy in the keys superbowl weekend.

Hi everybody, Just found this forum surfing for "stuff", great site!. I'm in the Chicago area but I'll dive wherever I can find water over my head. I have been a "c" card carrying scuba nut since the seventies thanx to my ex-navy father. I just got back from a dive trip to the central Florida springs. And as luck would have it I will be down near Miami for the days leading up to the Super Bowl. My little bro and usual dive buddy won't be able to make the trip so I think I need a buddy to Dive the Spiegel Grove. I will settle for a guided dive in Pennycamp if I have to but I really want to dive the Grove. I have been on the dive charter sites today and it looks like they don't do guided dives which is my only alternative without my usual dive buddy.

Hi there, the Speigel Grove is one of my favorites, i would recommend Island Ventures to take you there, I know they have divemasters that you can hire for a guided tour. Have fun

Thanx Bob but I'm trying to avoid paying someone to dive with me I'm already going broke paying people to hang out with me above the waves
