PC here. I've heard loads of good things about Macs, but with PC's at work and sometimes having manuscripts that I'll open on both, I like having no conversion issues between the home platform and the work platform (they don't give me any say in what we use at work - heck, we have test stations that are still running TI-990 systems, and they won't listen when we tell them we won't be able to maintain those for much longer).
