I just wanted to post about my recent experiemce with Shearwater customer service.

I sent an email regarding a problem with the digital compass loosing its calibration after been in depth. Got a reply on the next day with some troubleshooting steps. I followed the steps, went back to the water and problem persisted.

Sent a second email with the results, and got a reply 2 hours after, asking me to go to my LDS, pickup a new Perdix AI and leave the one with problems.

24 hours later on the 24th of December, I received a UPS package from Shearwater with some free goodies as a Christmas gift.

That is what I call EXCELLENT Customer Service.

Shearwater has always been very responsive like this, and they make great computers!
