Just finished watching the Mosley vs De La hoya fight and I find myself asking again why do I even watch boxing anymore when it is fixed. Another investigation into another boxing match due to corrupt judging coming up Monday:whack:

the decision went to Mosley but the punch stat numbers were'nt even close. Even Mosley did'nt think he won at the end of the fight. I immediately started to scan the audience for Don King
If anyone can fix a fight he can!

before the 12th round Mosely's father told him he was gonna lose the fight if he didn't knock out De La Hoya.
then this morning Bill Paschke of the LA Times writes how Mosely and De La Hoya were even at the end of 10 and Mosely won the last two rounds
According to Plaschke if DeLa Hoya hits Mosely twice then Mosely hits DeLa Hoya once, Mosely wins????????
Thats the formula Plascke was endorsing because thats what happened last night
And why is there a judge from Thailand? Do they even box in Thailand? Did the Thai Judge penalize Oscar for not kicking?
In the 60's my dad knew a boxer named Don Jordan. He was a golden gloves champion with a fist 6 inches wide. Then before a big fight he was told to take a dive or he and his family would be killed. This is a true story.
It was sad because Jordan could have been a champion but was never allowed to win a big fight. This is the fight game.
Remember Howard Cosell quit announcing fights because they were so crooked
Sugar Ray Leonard was a junky but he kept amazingly winning fights. How convenient for the bookies.
I wonder if the bookies made any money last night considering DeLa Hoya was the favorite?
