Let the wife have the last word. If you try to get the last word, you will be miserable until she gets even.
Every woman I have ever known has hurt me somehow. This includes, my mother, my wife and my daughter. It's just going to happen, so get over it the best you can.
If mama ain't happy, ain't nobody happy.
If you don't understand what she is saying, don't ask silly questions, just smile and nod your head. It's just easier that way.
There must be 1000 more, but I can't recall them all.

Thanks for all the best wishes folks!
Betsy is a diver, and it's directly responsible for how we met, although we've never been diving together yet (she's not DIR - just kidding!). Some time ago I was in need of a new apartment, and was looking for a sharehouse situation, and on a whim did a search on "scuba" on the local rental website thinking that it might be cool to have another diver as a roommate - someone that could put up with regulators, tanks and wetsuits spread around the house, and be someone to dive with as well. Anyway only one listing came up, and it was Betsy, who was in search of a new roommate, and she had scuba diving listed as one of her interests - so in complete innocence I gave her a call and we ended up roommates. Not too long after that romance blossomed (dating the roommate - yikes!), and months later, here we are! Unfortunately she's a warm water diver, so she hasn't been diving in CA with me yet, but we'll be diving together when we travel to Florida to meet the folks.
O-ring, I'm disappointed buddy, is "" the best you could come up with? No Australian-American jokes, beer references, trolls, anything???

Nah...just wanted to offer my sincere congratulations and not mess up your thread.
Now that you found one to put up with you you should make sure you don't let her get away.
