What are some of the nicer resorts in Anilao? Need a place that has good snorkeling/beach if possible for the non divers going.

Not too much stretch of long white beach around Anilao. These are just some of the resorts I know where non-divers can go snorkeling.

Pier Uno to Outrigger - has got a nice stretch of reef in front of the resort.
Crystal Blue - house reef is already Arthur's Rock
Planet Dive - right in front of Twin Rocks
Solana - shallow and wide coral garden in front of the resort. you might get lucky to see baby black tip sharks in 4 ft of water.
Dive & Trek - famous site for snorkeling and fish feeding.

Dive sites and reef for snorkeling are not that much apart. You may rent a banca and bring you around for the day. This way you'll enjoy more of the different sites.

Wait for the others to pitch in. Enjoy your stay in Anilao!

Good recos Penn. Also Eagle Point resort - that's always been a popular choice for the non divers.

but it can get very shallow there. When we were in Solana, there were some guests who were taking the sea kayaks out close to the resort to snorkel. The girls got all excited as a small black tip was spotted while they were in the water.
