Web Monkey:I usually tip 15% - 20% (like in a restaurant), although if the boat crew has done a really outstanding job (taking me someplace really cool, being organized, keeping good track of who's in/out of the water, having ther sh** together, not trying to "adjust" my gear), I've been known to tip 30%-40%.
