American Underwater Products is seeking regional sales territory representatives for its Midwest territory. We are looking for experienced, self-motivated professionals with an aptitude for creating relationships and a strong business acumen to grow our portfolio of brands.
Responsibilities and key skills include:
Opening of new retail accounts and servicing existing retailers in the assigned region
Communicate and visit retailers regularly to assess inventory and help manage new business
Report regularly on growth, product feedback, and new opportunities
Grow and maintain effective business relationships
Develop territory and brand strategies for profitable revenue growth
Meet or exceed sales goals
Educate and inform accounts on the AUP brands
Assist in retail marketing & key events within the territory
Perform product & service clinics for all assigned accounts
Attend designated regional and national tradeshows
Strong grasp of computer software, apps, social media, and electronic marketing are essential
Well-rounded knowledge of the Diving industry and its products
Brand representation may include Hollis, AERIS, LavaCore and Oceanpro. The Midwest territory is comprised of Minnesota, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Missouri, Kansas, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Nebraska, North Dakota, and South Dakota.
