I inherited a Amer-Sea First and Second stage but I cannot find any information on the web about where I can take it for servicing. Local dive shop said they could take a look at it but could not get parts for it because they are not a "licensed dealer" of Amer-Sea products. Any ideas?

I am not familiar with Amer-Sea

These threads here on ScubaBoard:

lead me to believe they are no longer in business.

This website:
Amer-Sea SCUBA, Force Fins, BCs and dive gear - snorkel vests
does not list regulators. But perhaps it’s something they did previously.
The website itself is way out of date, as evidenced by the prices for Force Fins shown on this page:
Amer-Sea Store: Force Fin Products

I’d be surprised if you find a current Amer-Sea regulator dealer.

sorry
