Does anyone ever use them? What do you think of their service?

I ordered two books today - Shadow Divers and the Last Dive. The delivery estimate that they have given me is May 2005!!!!:11: I'm beginning to wonder how they stay in business! :06:

That's wierd...way too long
I always compare the price with the .com site as well. The discounts in the US are steeper, but the shipping is less here. Sometimes the prices are about the same. As for shipping, I have noticed that many orders from the states ship from Singapore...

OK - I've found out why it was. I ordered the paperback version of Shadow Divers, but it's not out until May 2005 (foung that out on the US site). I've changed the order to the hardback and now it's 3 weeks or so. My mistake!!!

Found them pretty good if you order the books in stock!

Did have one that they kept changing the estimate on and then eventually admitted it was out of print...

You'll have to do a book review on Shadow Divers if there is not already one here. If you want a laugh do a search on the Last Dive on the board... Personally I thought it very insightful and useful as I was just starting on the dark path - would much rather learn from other peoples mistakes...

Back to books I actually find them cheaper through Amazon Japan or Kinokouniya (?!?!) than the UK high street these days....

Yes, I had the same thing once. First it was 6 weeks - then after 6 weeks an email to say it would be another two months - two months later the order was removed and another email to say it wasn't coming. :11: As it was a Fairytales book for the kids I wasn't very happy. I ordered a different version from the UK and got it in a week!
