Always Thumbnails ?

Hi

It's probably already explained or answered somewhere here in a thread, but I can't find and am slightly confused.

In a couple of threads, I have thought adding a picture may be of interest so have uploaded direct from my hard drive. But in the thread it only displays a small 'thumbnail' each time.

Whilst Thumbnails are good sometimes, if I want a picture to show full size, how should I do it ? I have not uploaded any photos direct to the photo gallery - is that the answer ?

Example below (which maybe is in the wrong forum) - the picture above my thread is full size, and mine a thumbnail ?

The picture above yours is hosted on an external website and is being linked to in the post. The image URL code is pasted into the pop-up window displayed when you select this icon in the post window:

Saving it then adds the full-sized image to your post.

When you upload an image from your computer hard drive, a thumbnail is the only option since it's an attachment.

To link to a full-sized photo it will need to be first uploaded to the SB Photo Gallery or on an external website that is publicly accessible.
