Hi everybody, I've seen in a shop a Super Q eLed light from Underwater Kinetics and I was astonished from its narrow beam. I was wondering to buy a product with the same narrow beam and "saber" light. Do you know any other similar product than i can compared to the Super Q?
Thank You!

MMM... thank you for Your report.... this lights is really awesome to me... the fact is that I cannot compare to anything similr... (perhaps Sartek mini led light?)

I think Intova may use an optic rather than a reflector in the narrow version of their light. I'm not sure. Someone who has one will probably comment shortly.

Any smaller light that uses a Cree XR-E led even with a reflector will have a fairly narrow beam as well.

Same happened to mine after 3 (three) dives :-(

Any one who knows if UK has started an improvement program regarding this initially verry good light ?

I've had 3 of these lights in 12 months. I finally got the retailer to take it back since I've gone through so many of them. They are fabulous little high powered lights, but they leak more than any other dive light I've ever owned.

I'm still searching for a replacement as well. Hopefully more people can provide suggestions as right now I'm open to anything and willing to pay whatever I need to in order to get a quailty backup light.

Try one of the penetrator 220 from piranha dive mfg. It had that light saber effect and is rated at 220 lumens which should be brighter than the UK its cheaper to only about $50
