a lot of years ago, while stationed at Schofield Barracks. The instructors name was Joe Ho, and we did all of our water work in the ocean. Every bit of it. Training cost was $50.00 and included the openwater checkout.

So for all you guys in Oahu, especially those on base, have you found any Divemaster training programs on base or off and if so how is the cost? I will be arriving in Oahu in October and want to pick up my training ASAP. I still need Rescue Diver before I start but that is usually offered almost everywhere.
